History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miner for the past few years.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Kyle never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: The child of a Banker, who enjoyed hunting, Bertram was taken on many hunting expeditions. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
