History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Bernard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
