Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Being a Sculptor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
