History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He worked as a nervous Gardener and found it very stressful. He tends to his Gardener job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He typically wears yellow cloth garments or leather armor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has brown eyes and a yellow hat with a brown feather.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hubert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
