He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He worked as a nervous Mortician and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a greataxe on his belt. He wears his blonde hair up. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born in a small island village. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears tattered old clothes. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Merchant business.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
