Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Dean was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Map Maker. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
