Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Norman was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mayor. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.
