Upon awakening, Theobald discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Theobald fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Dean's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
