History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Anselm alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and to unite with his sister

History: Born in the west to a Bowyer, Hunter learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
