Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bertram isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
