History: He was born in the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Gilbert was born the youngest of three triplets. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. Tim was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tim decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
