History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. His addictions have taken their toll on his wallet, and he has found himself with a great deal of debt owed.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His blonde hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Bernard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and further expansion of business

Description: Standing 6'0", this man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Trey's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Trey liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.
