History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. History: He comes from a rich western family. Hubert was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Butcher. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Hubert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Trey's homeland. Trey decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard.
