History: He was born in the east. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Hubert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Beggar.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many illithids want him driven away
