History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Spice Merchant. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is a Fisher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Roofer, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Fisher.
