History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He struck the Fisher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and further expansion of business
