History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Aldous was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Ralf was born with his father's beautiful face. Ralf was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Carter. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
