Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a tattered pair of loose grey pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He has golden hair. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Animal Trainer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), marred by sweets. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. A true patriot, Bertram would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a black tunic with blue highlights, and long red pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has no hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and a deep hatred of orcs

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a sword on his belt. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
