History: Reynard was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

After coming to the age of reason, Simon took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he's looking for his big break
