History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Beggar.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Through the years after Richard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Richard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in the south to a Detective, Conrad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has achieved small success as a Detective.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Raymond was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
