History: Simon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and an old rival family wants him found
