Chad Allerton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears bulky tan painted plate armor. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Chad speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Chad is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
Ideals: Impeccable, Justice. Flaws: Insane. Bonds: Mentor, Criminal record. Occupation: Animal Trainer
Voice: Can't modulate volume

Conrad Walpole, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This younger middle-aged man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

History: Conrad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Conrad abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
