History: Born in the south to a Guard, Gerard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Robert lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
