History: He was born in the north. A gifted student he started as a Jeweler, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Lance isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and balancing his hectic life and new fisher responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theobald grew up listening to his father's many stories. Through the years after Theobald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Theobald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Beggar soon after.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Everard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
