Raymond England, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is in excellent shape and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Raymond is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Raymond was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Raymond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Raymond was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
