Description: 5'1" and muscular, this western man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theobald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Theobald was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His long blonde hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are green and catlike.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has worked as a Tanner like his mother before him.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: 5'3" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Robert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a tight fitting white shirt and pants. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are brown and beady.
Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Henry was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Henry fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his greatsword, and is pretty ugly. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and money/treasure
