History: Richard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears skinny pants and wears a black and yellow robe with the hood down, marred by teas. His red hair is knotted and matted. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: He was born into a rich family. Dustin was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dustin decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
