History: The child of a Bookbinder, who enjoyed hunting, Dean was taken on many hunting expeditions. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. At a young age his mother died while driving off some giants. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shield use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He is a Butcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Butcher. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is yellow, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Bernard was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barber. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
