Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: Heward lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Herbalist, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Adam embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Armorer. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Armorer.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His first spouse was a Tailor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dilettante and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Cory will drive conversation. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and money/treasure

Voice: Pronounces 'its' and 'is' like 'eats' and 'ease'

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. He has white hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Marshal born in the past three hundred years. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult
