Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Gifted from a young age, Alex studied abroad. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Alexandre is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Alexandre lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his spear with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His white hair is still thick. He has gray eyes.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Cory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and retire the richest man in the south

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and further expansion of business
