He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bricklayer responsibilities is difficult; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
