His blonde hair is braided into rings. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a violet collared shirt and pastel pants. He accessorizes with a grey scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His white hair is singed and shortened. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and seeks redemption

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He is an epitome of beauty. He has golden hair. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Trym embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Trym was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. After a long history of fighting, Trym and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: An older man who wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Lewis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and retire the richest man in the south
