History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Manfred never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Actor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
