Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Butcher.
