History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Bookbinder and found it very stressful. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sage, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born in the south. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Shane has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Gomory was born the youngest of three triplets. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and money/treasure
