Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a blue feathered hat and blue clothes. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing violet cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. He has a hunchback. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Richard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born into a rich family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult; and to be a brewer again
