History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Gunter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gunter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
