History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was taken from his home at a very young age. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His red hair is greasy and uncared for. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Patrick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Patrick's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly flails and greatswords. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Reynard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
