History: Dustin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spy work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spy work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Personality: Theodoric wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He takes great joy in being the best Unemployed in town.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Soapmaker, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult.

He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Painter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to unite with his sister

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.
