Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Dean abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and very much looks the part of a Shepherd. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His silver hair is cut short. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Adam will drive conversation. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to be a tailor again
