History: Gifted from a young age, Chad studied abroad. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
