History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has worked as a Roofer like his father before him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His childhood dream was to be a Mercenary, but he was a colossal failure. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Patrick was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
