Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Tanner business.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing white cape and mantle trimmed with soft red waves gently in the breeze. He is physically well-built. He has black hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sailor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sailor, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: An older man who is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, he is not a threatening figure. He has wavy chestnut hair. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

History: He was born in the east. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
