Personality: He is a Fletcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Peter lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He now owns his own business.
