Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Charles was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now mingles about in high society.
