Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Conrad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Conrad. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Layabout. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He became a Layabout soon after.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears professional attire. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Drogo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
