History: Bernard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He uses divination through singing.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kyle grew up listening to his father's many stories. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears long strands of emerald and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He wears his blonde hair down. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Godfrey grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Godfrey. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is greedy

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His childhood dream was to be a Roofer, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Barber.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he desires power and/or immortality
