Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Randal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Randal. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born into a rich family. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Geoffrey is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he has money and likes to spend it
