Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
