Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Bertram learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his right hand. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was born in a small plains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He dresses like a well dressed Bricklayer does. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Bookbinder job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a brewer again
